After the Cosy CAL of 2017, we have come up with a new version for 2019: new patterns and other colors, soft pastel shades and cheerful bright colors. The name Soft ‘n Cosy was chosen because of its soft appearance in terms of colors. The Bright ‘n Cosy has a wonderfully bright color. The size makes them ideal for use in different places in the house, e.g. on the couch during a cooler evening or as baby blanket. This blanket consists of embossed squares, but without embossed stitches. A kind of sampler, with various patterns.
We crochet with hook size 4/G and 4.5/7 mm.
Feel free to use a larger or smaller crochet hook if you think it is necessary to reach the right size.
We crocheted the Cosy Afghans with Durable Cosy Fine, 105 meters per skein. This is a blend of 58% cotton and 42% acrylic.
Our afghans have become 150 cm x 110 cm.
We crochet the blanket in 8 parts.
